THE BRIEF
"The Circus Ring of Fame wants to start creating a scarf that will be given to the honorees and can be offered to the attendees of our awards event in February each year. This will become a treasured item for all attendees and will also help raise money for the Circus Ring of Fame, which is a non-profit organization."
